Last minute tickets at the venue

Prices include service fees. Service fees vary by location. When purchased at the door, the service fee is €5.40. Online prices have lower service fees, approximately €1.60-€2.60 (depending on the ticket price).

Tickets purchased through Lippu.fi services will have an additional €1.60 delivery fee, added on top of the advertised prices.

Payment methods via Lippu.fi include online banking, credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), Lippu.fi invoice, MobilePay, SmartumPay, Edenred mobile payment, and SVEA installment payment.

Please be prepared to show proof of your eligibility for discounts at the door before the performance.

Door Ticket Sales:

Door ticket sales open one hour before the performance.

Payment methods at the door include cash and cards.

Cultural benefits and vouchers are not accepted for door ticket sales. Please redeem your tickets in advance at a Lippu.fi sales point. In Rovaniemi, the Lippu.fi sales point is located at Prisma information desk, Teollisuustie 2. Check the opening hours on Prisma’s website. Additionally, R-kiosks also sell tickets from the Lippu.fi website.

Ticket Reservations:

Tickets can be reserved in advance for door ticket sales by sending a message to [email protected] or at Lippu.fi sales points or their customer service at phone number 0600 900 900.

Reserved tickets can be collected on performance nights from the door ticket sales at Kulttuuritalo Wiljami one hour before the performance.

The prices for reserved tickets are the same as those purchased online.

Group Reservations:

All group reservations are handled by [email protected]. The payment for group reservations is due at least three weeks before the performance via an invoice or by another agreed-upon method with the buyer.
